Since my last post I have not worked out...
I have had 2 sick kids, a sick husband, a sick daycare provider, and I too was sick. It made my schedule crazy and sucked everything out of me. I told myself its okay.. I would take some time to get better then this week I would get back into the routine....
Then the snow came......I can't get anywhere and even if I could the Y is closed. I need to figure out an at home workout routine.
