3 days in a row

I have been on a roll with my exercise routine. Today was another cross-fit extreme day. It was a total body class with the emphasis on legs. Then I did some more yoga tonight to stretch out the stiff spots.

Tomorrow I hope to run. I still have 6 miles for this week. Actually my ideal day would be to do the elliptical over lunch and then run after work at the arena. We are having jambalaya tomorrow from the crockpot so I should have some time before dinner to run.
