I walked 1/4 mile to my car
drove to the arena
ran 2 miles in about 22 minutes
then did two laps around the arena doing all the stairs (took about 9 minutes)
I next drove home, showered, made a sandwich
drove back to work
walked 1/2 mile back to the office and got back to work.
The whole thing took me about an 70 minutes. Not bad. I think I can make this part of my regular routine. Not everyday but every week at least.
And its only Tuesday and I already have 2 of my 6 miles done. I may actually get all 6 in this week.
