Well I did end up running today. My initial plan for the week was to do 3 miles today but since I lacked motivation big time (see my last post) I think 2 miles is pretty good. And of course now I have more energy and I wish I had done the three. oh well.
Isn't that how it always works. Motivation is one of those things. I guess you just have to follow the Nike line - Just Do It! Wish we could follow this advice ourselves!
