So having a 7 week old does not help in the training process. Today I took the day off from exercise since Henry only let me sleep about 20 minutes at a time last night. I decide that I shouldn't push it. I will get a workout in this weekend though. I have too!
Funny about the sleep thing...Since I did not sleep well do you think your dad used that same excuse? Nothing specific on my mind including not bad dreams last night--- just could not stay asleep. Maybe Henry and I should have gotten together.I finally got up at 4:00, and Dad followed at 4:50.
